Looking for someone to take over my room + private bathroom in a massive 4-bedroom loft apartment in Clinton Hill! The space is huge, bright and full of character — perfect if you’re looking to settle into your own unique corner of Brooklyn. This apartment is what sitcoms are based off of.

About the Room: Large private room that easily fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, and more. Tall window lets in the best light in the apartment and a big plus is an enormous closet that goes all the way up to the ceiling. Includes full private bathroom with bathtub + built in vanity. There are some optional pieces of furniture that can be left behind if interested. I’ve worked in my room remotely and very comfortably for most of my 2 years living here.

About the Apartment: Spacious loft layout on the ground floor with brick walls, hardwood floors and 13 foot high ceilings. Plenty of space for a full kitchen, full dining room, and giant living room — great for hanging out, working, or hosting low-key nights. Everything in the communal area is already furnished with a full dining table, fully stocked kitchen, TV, comfy chairs, you name it. You can take over my spot on our built-in bike wall mount.

About the Roommates:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two girls and one guy, all in their 20s and 30s. They’re friendly, respectful, easy to live with, and keep the space clean. Everyone has their own routine but gets along great — overall a very chill, positive environment. The apartment has been in a mutual friend group for over 8 years - the last one standing has been living here just over 2.5 years. Occasionally we watch Traitors or Love in Blind, and our roommate happy hour is often at Izzy Rose, if that’s your vibe.

About the Neighborhood. Clinton Hill is everything you want from Brooklyn - quaint, trees, space, parks, with easy access to groceries, cafes, dive bars and cute restaurants and everything else you need. It's right by the G and a short walk to the C. It is a 15 minute walk to Fort Green Park and a short bike ride to Prospect Park.

This room is $1,840/month + $60ish in utilities (electric and internet). The building has an elevator and laundry on the top floor. There is also a parking lot for an additional monthly fee, and pets are allowed, but will need to check in with one roommate who has some allergies.

The apartment is available for move in on May 1 (possibly a bit earlier, if you wanted as I will be moving out April 15). The lease ends on September 30th, and we’d be happy to sign you onto the lease when the whole apartment renews.
